East Staffordshire based Pym and Wildsmith are continuing their long-standing growth and success with a 10% increase in their turnover. This extends a 5 year long run of continued profitable growth. Located in Bramshall, the company which specialises in industrial finishes, has spent over 38 years offering delivering its services throughout the UK.  Pym and Wildsmith provide finishing services such as powder coating, metal spraying, shot blasting and e- coat to a wide scope of blue chip customers, supplying the automotive, transport and industrial sectors providing a versatile range of services however, offering finishes to smaller projects too – both commercial and industrial.

Strengthening the Workforce

In the last 12 months Pym & Wildsmith have hired 10 more employees to add to their team compared to last year. This move demonstrates the company’s continued ambition to further develop its business, and extend services still further. It means Pym and Wildsmith will have even more trained technicians to deliver and free up others to improve training across the business.

Expanding Their Facilities

To support the growth Pym and Wildsmith have also invested in new machinery. The increased team has called for more equipment and plant,  therefore the company are expanding their facilities in order to accommodate this. It means that the company will be able to cater for more projects continuing their promise of scaled fast-turnaround production with high quality finishes.

Pym and Wildsmith have recently been  awarded around £76k as part of the Green Bridge Business Growth Programme. This grant has helped Pym and Wildsmith invest in plant and equipment to grow the company even further.
